Hank was rescued from a high kill shelter in Los Angeles where his previous owner abandoned him.   He was most likely used for breeding as this boy is truly a stud.

He is a BoerBoel we rescued from a death row at a high kill shelter in LA.  Hank developed some seriously bad behavioral issues while chained in the back yard of his old house.   Hank didn’t trust people and that made him not adoptable.

But we didn’t give up on Hank!  ISWMP’s founder took him in her home and worked every day on Hank’s behavioral issues to set him up for success.

We are pleased to report that Hank now meets new people and dogs and his behavior has changed drastically.   He was considered to be aggressive and set for euthanasia and now is a good member of society.

Hank serves as an example of how animals can change and find their purpose even when they are considered to be aggressive and danger for others.   Hank loves his new life and his sister Scout and is truly a wonderful, sweet and goofy boy.

He thanks all of you who believed in him!
