Join us for an accessible community workout featuring a vinyasa-style warrior flow.
What to expect:
1. 30 minutes of interval/strength training
2. 30 minutes of yoga
3. Support, tail wags and after workout snuggles from adorable and adoptable ISWMP rescues
This session is beginner-friendly and open to movers of all levels. While the workout is encouraged, it’s not mandatory—everyone is welcome to stay after for extra cuddles with our rescues.
Remember to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and stick around afterwards for refreshments powered by Breź!
