Meet Ben!
Ben is the kind of puppy who makes you wonder how anyone could possibly resist those puppy-dog eyes. His foster describes him as a soul pup, good boy, and snuggle bunny—and it’s easy to see why!
Ben is instantly friendly and curious with everyone he meets. He’s wonderful with other dogs, especially when it comes to playtime, and his gentle, playful nature makes him a fantastic canine companion. He’s also curious about cats and approaches them slowly and respectfully before settling down nearby.
With a medium energy level, Ben has the perfect balance of playful and cuddly. He loves playing with his foster siblings, tossing toys around all by himself, and having fun with the garden hose. But when playtime is over, his favorite place is right in your lap. He’s incredibly affectionate while still having a nice independent streak.
Ben is still learning the basics of being a puppy, including house and crate training, but he’s already making progress. He knows his name, comes when called, and is learning to sit. He’s also getting more comfortable on leash and is easy to handle.
