As a working breed, Max is eager to learn and would thrive with continued training and enrichment. Rare for Aussies, Max is not hyper or high-strung. His energy level is a manageable medium, making him a great companion for walks, games of fetch, and cozy evenings by your side.

He’s non-reactive and friendly with other dogs, making him a great fit for homes with social lifestyles and/or other canine companions. Max is also good with kids, and while he’s not currently 100% reliable with cats (sometimes calm, sometimes tempted to herd or chase), that’s pretty typical for an Aussie. With the right guidance, he could potentially learn to coexist peacefully—or would be just as happy in a feline-free home.

Max is still working on his leash manners (he gets excited and pulls), but with his smarts and eagerness to please, he should be a quick learner. With a little patience and training, this boy could truly become your dream dog. Beckham came to us as an owner surrender after his family had to relocate overseas and couldn’t take him along. Gracie is a dream girl. She is such a sweet and happy puppy and loves any and all attention. She’d prefer to be loved on 24/7 and will be your little shadow. Gracie is playful and high energy- loves fetching tennis balls and wrestling with her plushy toys, but also knows when it’s time to wind down. She loves to snooze and cuddle in your lap.

Gracie is great with kids and other dogs and would most likely be fine with cats as well. She is crate trained and is still working on her potty training. She’d benefit from an adopter who can provide her with a routine, as well as continued socialization. Gracie will make a wonderful little companion for someone out there! She’s just adorable…who could resist that little underbite?

Oreo is a sweet, affectionate, and playful pup bursting with energy and love. She’s friendly with everyone she meets and loves to be by your side—whether that means cuddling on the couch or chasing a ball (fetch is her absolute favorite!).
She gets along well with other dogs and is currently living with cats. Her playful energy can be a bit overwhelming, so a dog-savvy cat or cat-free home might be best.

Oreo has a high energy level and needs daily exercise and mental stimulation to be her best self. She walks well on leash with guidance, though she may pull when excited—especially when spotting other dogs.

She knows a few basic commands like sit, down, and wait, and she’s crate and house trained, though occasional accidents may happen when she’s anxious. Oreo is very loving and a little needy—she just wants to be where you are and soak up all the attention.

Baloo enjoys exploring new places as much as he enjoys long naps on a comfy bed. He’s house trained, knows basic commands, and gets along well with other dogs after a slow, proper hello. He’s also wonderful with kids 💕

Kobe is the very definition of living everyday like it’s the best day ever! He hasn’t let a little injury slow him down—he’s recovering from a broken leg. He enjoys hopping around outside, and always stops to watch life around him. It’s his life’s mission to wag at every new face he meets – seriously, people are drawn to his goofy smile as much he is drawn to them. Kobe is equal parts loveable mush and rascally adventure buddy. Once he’s cleared for more activity, and brushed up on his leash skills, he will no doubt be a great hiking friend. If you’re more of a couch potato, then you better save him a seat because he loves a good TV binge! More than anything, he’s happiest being by your side, like a true ride or die!

Kobe is house trained, knows his basic tricks, loves a squeak toy (who doesn’t?!), and only barks when he sees smalls creatures. He is very food motivated – always taking his treats gently and without guarding. Kobe is currently being fostered with a calm med/large dog, and would recommend only dogs of that caliber, but would also thrive as your only child. He’s a big love and has so much to give. He’s truly such a special guy, and doesn’t even know how good it’s about to get for him with his forever family. Whoever snags this loveboy is going to be so lucky!

Auggie is so devoted to his humans and dreams of being by your side, soaking up all the affection he can get. After facing neglect, Auggie is making an impressive comeback. He’s shedding pounds, managing Cushing’s Disease with care, and recovering from his TPLO surgery. Every day, he’s thriving more and more with the love he deserves!

Yuki and Lumi are sweet, angelic Maltese mix brothers who found themselves at the shelter after having not one, but two brushes with death! They were suspected to be hit by a car, and then they each came down with Parvo.

These babies have been so incredibly resilient, and recovered in the hospital like champs. Their happy-go-lucky and affectionate nature has really started to shine through, now that they’re feeling better! They are both in wonderful spirits and have oodles of playful energy and love to give.

Yuki and Lumi would be great with kids and are super gentle and adorable. We think adopting them out separately might be best for their confidence. They care more about human connection than anything. These boys truly are little cartoon character fluffs, and we can’t wait to find them their forever homes!

Simba is a lovable, happy-go-lucky pup who’s ready to find his forever family!

This smart boy loves a good game of fetch, solving puzzle toys, and going for walks where he can soak up attention from admirers—he’s quite used to being told how handsome and well-behaved he is. He walks beautifully on leash and responds well to “wait” when passing other dogs.

Though Simba is friendly and affectionate, he can be snippy if he feels scared or is given verbal corrections. Because of this, he would be best suited to a calm household where he can be the center of attention. His ideal adopter will be patient and understanding, able to introduce him to new people and animals in a way that respects his comfort zone.

At home, Simba enjoys being near his people but is just as happy napping quietly while you work or take a call. He’s house-trained and very tolerant of being handled, even picked up if needed. Though he’s adjusting well to home life, he’ll need an adopter who’s patient and willing to help him work through some anxiety when left alone, as well as his anxiety with being crated.

Simba is incredibly smart and eager to please, already showing progress in learning basic commands and thriving with positive reinforcement. With a little time, love, and stability, this sweet boy is going to make the most wonderful companion.
