Meet Sunny!
Sunny is a goofy, affectionate girl who loves being with her people. She is a total snuggler and loves nothing more than being right next to you. She’s very much a house hippo who is happy hanging out at home with her people, but she also loves getting out for her walks and being active.
Sunny currently lives with a foster brother who is a little bigger than her, and they get along well. She can get excited when she sees other dogs out on walks, so she’ll need someone who can continue working with her on her leash manners. She’s smart, eager to please, and quickly learned place, sit, and stay. She’s also working on her crate training skills and continuing to learn as she settles into a routine.
Sunny can sometimes forget how big she is when she’s excited and playing, so we think she would do best with older children. She would love an active home that also appreciates a good couch day and, most importantly, a family who wants a dog who is going to be right there with them. Her foster absolutely adores her and says if she could keep her, she would.
